Teams
In order to be successful, a guild needs to be run effectively and efficiently. To accomplish this feat, four teams, each marked with their own set of duties, have been established.

BASH PLANNERS
DUTIES
1. give new members a tour of the guild, help them get settled in, and answer any of their questions
2. send gift packs and hand outs (to active members)
3. plan bashes (SHOULD BE PLANNED IN ADVANCED: 1 week for small bashes and up to 1 month for holiday bashes)

REQUIREMENTS

ACTIVITY MAKERS

ARTISTS/DESIGNERS/CODERS
Over the years I have come across talented individuals who could draw, make graphics, and code. However, I understand that there are few who are equally proficient in all three fields. For this very reason, each point under the DUTIES and the REQUIREMENTS section will have an extra label: ARTISTS, GRAPHIC DESIGNERS, CODERS, ALL . These labels will mark for whom each duty and requirement is ment.

DUTIES
1. drawings/paintings for multiple purposes (ARTISTS)
2. graphics (icons, banners, etc) (GRAPHIC DESIGNERS)
3. resources (brushes, patterns, textures) (GRAPHIC DESIGNERS)
4. html/css (CODERS)

REQUIREMENTS
1. portfolio with multiple, high-quality samples of your work (REQUIRED FOR APPLICATION) (ALL)

4. resources (Paint, PSP, notepad, etc) (ALL: the resources that you will need will depend on your field)

MECHANICS
DUTIES
1. review already existing data (content, graphics, etc) for quality, efficiency, errors, and bugs.
2. make suggestions and think up of new ideas (in terms of content)
3. write newsletters to let everyone know what's going on at the guild
4. create polls
